Give thanks to the LORD and proclaim his greatness. Let the whole world know what he has done. (Psalms 105:1 NLT)
A grateful heart receives more. A complaining heart gets little or nothing in yield.
Gratitude is a continuum. It does not have to be offered only when someone does something for the other individual. Demonstrating that one appreciates the assistance provided or gift bestowed will forever prompt the giver or the helper to give more.
When God bless us, He wants us to promulgate it. We are not to wad up the blessings to hide them in our closets. By telling others about Jehovah’s miracles, we pull them to Him. Yet, we must not tell others in any pompous manners as it would seem like we are voided of humility, and that is likely to make those hearing our testimonies to feel rejected and left out. In this condition, we will never be able to draw them to Christ.
Thus, when God bless us, let us testify by sharing our blessings with others through the acts of humility.
All in the name of Jesus,
Better to have little, with fear for the LORD, than to have great treasure and inner turmoil. (Proverbs 15:16 NLT)
