God hears you all the time. He listens to your cries and petition. Never doubt that God is with you all the way and in all diverse circumstances. That you do not hear Him speak distinctly, does not mean He is silent. Sometimes, your faith in the Almighty can be tested to understand what you believe, and how you believe what you believe. God is not a man that he should lie [Book of Numbers 23:19]. Jehovah is not silent. He talks and he does what he says.
