“And Samuel grew, and the Lord was with him, and did not let none of his words fall to the ground.” 1 Samuel 3:19
Samuel had successes in his prophetic ministry because the Lord was with him. If God is not in whatever Samuel was doing, I bet he would have been a nonentity just the way Eli’s sons ended up.
A man who God is guiding will not fail or make mistakes. Even if he does, God will take him out of it. The most important is that God is in that man’s life.
Are you growing in your Christian life? Is God fully the author of your life? Do you love God sincerely or are you just doing eye-services?
I am asking these questions because I don’t want you to lose your profound relationship with God. I want you to allow God to dwell and stay with you so that you can grow.
Please make it your obligation and your willingness in doing this. How can you grow in your spiritual journey if God is far from you? How can you be a tremendous blessing to your fellow brethren and your world when you don’t permit God to be with you?
Check this out and don’t ever, ever let it be through you that God’s name will be put to shame.
Peace!
